    The legal fraternity in India is mourning the passing of former Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala, Thottathil B Radhakrishnan. He passed away on Sunday, 25th July 2021, at the age of 62. Justice Radhakrishnan was known for his deep understanding of the law and his commitment to upholding justice and fairness.

    Born in 1959 in Kerala, Justice Radhakrishnan completed his law degree from Government Law College, Ernakulam. He started his legal career as a lawyer in 1983 and practised in various courts, including the High Court of Kerala. In 2004, he was appointed as a judge of the High Court of Kerala. He served as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala from 2018 to 2019.
