Punjab National Bank (PNB) is organizing a ‘Home Loan Expo-2025’ on February 7 in Hyderabad. The event will take place at Hotel Le-Meridian and aims to attract more customers to the bank’s housing loan portfolio.
The expo will be inaugurated by PNB’s Managing Director and CEO, Ashok Chandra, alongside Rajshekhar Reddy, the president of CREDAI Hyderabad.
Over 70 PNB branches from Hyderabad will participate in the event. The primary goal of the expo is to offer customers a variety of housing finance options under one roof, making it easier for them to buy or construct their dream homes.
PNB is offering home loans at a competitive interest rate of 8.40%, with installments starting at just Rs 762 per lakh. Additionally, the bank is providing discounts on loan processing fees and documentation charges to make the loans more affordable for customers.
