Police apprehends fake female officer in Hyderabad

A woman in Hyderabad was arrested by the Commissioner’s Task Force for cheating people by pretending to be a police constable and offering them jobs. She introduced herself as a senior assistant advocate at Nampally criminal court and collected money from people promising them jobs. The police found police uniform, belt, beret, name plate, ID card, and shoulder badge of TSP in her possession.

The accused, Gudishela Ashwini, is a 24-year-old resident of Jiyaguda in Kulsumpura. She is married and has two children but is separated from her husband who is in jail for two-wheeler theft cases. She was in a living relationship with a person named Abhishek who was also a two-wheeler offender.

Ashwini hatched a plan to earn easy money by offering jobs to unemployed students. She offered Rakesh Nayak, an unemployed person living in Prashanth Nagar, an assistant job at Senior Advocate Nampally Court with a monthly salary of Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000. She took Rs 30,000 from him.

The accused and the seized material were handed over to the Langer Houz police for further action.
