Hyderabad: Minister Ponnam Prabhakar has denied accusations that the Congress party is engaging in revenge politics. He explained that the recent actions taken by the police were based on complaints from local residents and not politically motivated.

In a media statement, the minister questioned how other ministers, who were busy with a Cabinet meeting and focused on administration and welfare issues, could be involved in such matters. He clarified that the police raids were based on complaints from locals and that the individuals caught happened to be connected to a major political party. He emphasized that the ongoing investigation is not related to any political vendetta.
