Public gripped by fear as Covid cases surge

Corona cases are increasing again in the country due to the emergence of the JN1 variant. To combat this, States and Union Territories are conducting more Corona diagnostic tests.

In Telangana, 1,322 samples were recently tested, resulting in 12 positive cases. The results for 30 more samples are still pending. This brings the total number of positive cases in the state to 8,44,540.

On Sunday, one person recovered from Corona. The recovery rate of corona patients in Telangana is 99.51%.
