Purendar Kumar, the Executive Officer of the famous Sri Jogulamba Balabrahmeshwara Swamy Temple in Alampur, received the Outstanding Service Award. This temple is one of the Ashtadasha Shakti Peethas and is highly regarded. The award ceremony took place on Thursday, where District Collector B.M. Santosh and Government Special Representative A.P. Jitender Reddy presented the award to Kumar at the district headquarters.
This award was given to Purendar Kumar to acknowledge his significant contributions to the development of the temple and his active involvement in social service activities. Following the award presentation, the temple’s Chief Priest, Anand Sharma, along with employees from the district endowment department, such as Muraleedhar Reddy, Nagaraju, and others, congratulated Kumar for his achievement.
