Wanaparthy: The Vaddera association recently celebrated the election of their new national president, Peetla Sridhar. Alongside him were the State association leader, V Shivu Kumar, and youth president Vemula Bharat. The celebration took place near Anand Bhavan in Pebbair, organized by national vice-president Vadde Eshwar and district working president Vadde Ramesh.
During the event, Eshwar emphasized the importance of including the Vaddera community in the Scheduled Tribes (ST) list. He highlighted the need for support for those injured or who lost their lives in their traditional work. He also called for Vaddera children to receive admissions in Gurukuls without entrance exams.
Many national association leaders, including Roopani Lokanatham, Peetla Gopal, and others, attended the occasion, along with Chevella leaders like Dhyarungula Ramachandram and Jaripeti Raju.
