Hyderabad: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi challenged Union Minister Amit Shah’s statement that the party would appoint an OBC as Chief Minister in Telangana. During a public meeting in Shadnagar, Rahul Gandhi made fun of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, suggesting that he might even appoint an OBC as CM on the moon. He also mentioned that the success of Chandrayaan was due to the efforts of ISRO, started by Nehru and supported by successive Congress governments. He questioned if the BJP could show any OBC CMs in the states they currently rule.
