During the event, Telangana deputy CM Batti Vikramarka criticized the Central Government under Narendra Modi’s leadership, accusing them of working for the benefit of crony capitalists like Adani and Ambani. He claimed that they were trying to abolish the Constitution, while the Congress, under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, was striving to protect it. Vikramarka highlighted Gandhi’s efforts for the welfare of marginalized groups through activities like a walkathon from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
He also mentioned that the BRS party had not provided any additional water resources during its tenure, contrasting it with the initiation of projects like Jurala, Srisailam, Nettempadu, and Kalwakurthy during the Congress era. Vikramarka urged the public to teach a lesson to BRS party for allegedly neglecting Telangana’s interests.
Addressing the audience, CM Revanth Reddy emphasized the need to secure a victory for Dr. Mallu Ravi with a substantial majority. He criticized rival parties for engaging in deceptive tactics and expressed confidence in the Congress party’s ability to bring positive change to the region. Reddy outlined plans to complete pending projects and improve infrastructure in the area.
Rahul Gandhi, the Congress party’s PM candidate, warned against BJP’s alleged intentions to undermine the Constitution and emphasized the importance of upholding rights and protections granted by it. He criticized the BJP government for favoring wealthy individuals over marginalized communities and outlined his party’s agenda for social welfare and economic empowerment.
Gandhi proposed ambitious schemes to address issues like unemployment and poverty, emphasizing the need for inclusive policies that prioritize the well-being of all citizens. He called for unity and love in place of hate and division, urging support for Dr. Mallu Ravi in the upcoming elections for a better future for all.
