Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Railway Minister, shared exciting news for Telangana. He announced that the Railway Manufacturing Unit in Kazipet Mandal, Hanumakonda district is progressing quickly. The project is worth Rs 750 crore.
While visiting the site, the Minister said this project is vital for the state. It will be the biggest railway manufacturing unit in the country and will create many jobs starting from 2026.
He added that Vande Bharat coaches will be made at this facility, boosting Indian Railways’ strength. The Minister praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his leadership in advancing railway development.
