Goshamahal MLA Thakur Raja Singh has said that India will be declared a Hindu country by 2025. He made the statement during the Shaurya Vahan rally and Swabhiman Sabha meeting held on occasion of Maharana Pratap Jayanti at Kota in Rajasthan.
Singh called on young people to “become Maharana Pratap, to protect the religion and the nation, to stop love jihad and terrorist organisations”. He said that India cannot move forward as long as terrorist organisations remain in the country. He accused the Rajasthan government of allowing the now-banned Popular Front of India to hold a rally, and attacked the Congress government in the state, alleging that an attempt was made to break the statue of Maharana Pratap in the battlefield of Haldighati.
Singh also touched on the topic of ‘love jihad’ and called for a Uniform Civil Code. Without naming Muslims, he spoke about making a law for population control.
Singh said that Maharana Pratap fought with Mughal King Akbar to protect the country, religion and society. He called on young people to remember the bravery of the ‘Haldighati’ war and to use their enthusiasm for the protection of religion, nation and mother cow.
Singh reportedly made a provocative statement that stones were thrown at a Ram Navami rally in Rajasthan. He said that invaders from other states come here because there is laxity in the law, but now the demand has started rising, according to the demand of Hindus in the country, India will be declared a Hindu nation in 2025-26.
