    On the 10th International Yoga Day, a celebration of health, wellness, and unity took place at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Bolarum in Hyderabad. The theme of the event was “Yoga for Self and Society,” showing how yoga can benefit both individual health and societal well-being. About 870 people joined in the event.

    The event featured different yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques led by experienced instructor Ravinder Singh, a senior secretariat assistant from Rashtrapati Bhavan, along with trainers from various yoga centers. Participants of all ages, genders, and backgrounds came together to practice yoga, creating a positive and unified atmosphere.

    Dr. K Rajani Priya, the Estate Officer at Rashtrapati Nilayam, spoke about the philosophical and cultural importance of yoga and its role in promoting a healthy lifestyle in today’s fast-paced world.
