The ration dealers in Bhupalapally district have urged the Congress party to fulfill the promises made to them during the Assembly elections.

At a press conference held at the TSUS district office on Tuesday, Ration Dealers Welfare Association district president Radhakrishna and secretary Rajendra Prasad spoke about their demands. They reminded the state government of the commitments made in the Congress party’s election manifesto.

They pointed out that Minister Sridhar Babu, who was the chairman of the manifesto committee, had met them before the elections and assured them that their concerns would be addressed. However, they now feel that their issues have been completely ignored.
