Khanapur MLA Rekha Naik has announced that she will be joining the Congress party. She previously left the Congress party to join BRS, but now she plans to return. However, she will remain with BRS until the end of her MLA tenure. Naik expressed her disappointment with BRS for sidelining her.
Naik’s name was not included in the list of candidates announced by KCR recently. Instead, someone else was given the ticket in her place. Because of this, Naik is considering joining the Congress party. Her husband has already joined the Congress party, and it is expected that Naik will follow suit soon. However, she has stated that she will wait until after her MLA tenure to officially join the party.
