A Revanth Reddy, the Chief Minister, spoke at a public meeting in Manukota (Mahabubabad), a stronghold for the Congress party. He mentioned that the Congress, along with other groups, is working together to remove the BJP from power at the national level. Reddy criticized both the BJP and BRS for neglecting the development of Mahabubabad and failing to establish a steel plant in Bayyaram.

Revanth also highlighted the close relationship between Modi and KCR, accusing them of supporting each other despite their differences. He criticized the Centre for not fulfilling promises made in the AP Reorganisation Act-2014, such as establishing a tribal university in Mulugu. He also mentioned Modi’s insensitive comments about Telangana’s formation.
