    YS Sharmila, the president of Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee, has submitted her nomination papers for the Kadapa Lok Sabha constituency. Prior to filing her nomination, she paid her respects to her father, former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy, at the YSR Ghat in Idupulapaya. Sharmila led a large road rally on her way to submit her nomination papers, accompanied by Suneetha Narreddy and others.

    After filing her nomination, Sharmila shared a video on X and expressed her hope for the support of the people in the upcoming election. She emphasized the importance of remembering YSR and Vivekananda in the region, urging the people of Kadapa to vote for the Congress party.

    Sharmila questioned the people of Kadapa about their stance on justice and crime, indicating her belief in the values of her party and the legacy of her father. She expressed confidence that the residents of Kadapa would choose to support the Congress in the election.
