    The Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy invited Sonia Gandhi for Telangana Formation Day, which will be celebrated for the first time since Congress came into power in the state. The event is scheduled to take place at Parade Grounds on June 2, and is expected to be attended by Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi, as well as AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge.

    Earlier in the day, Reddy visited his official residence in Delhi at 23 Tughlak Road to review ongoing works and meet with AICC general secretary K C Venugopal. Later in the evening, he went to 10 Janpath to meet with Sonia Gandhi. During a media briefing, Revanth described the decision to invite Sonia Gandhi as a Cabinet decision.

    Revanth expressed gratitude to Sonia Gandhi for agreeing to attend the Telangana Formation Day, stating that the Congress rank and file are enthusiastic about her visit and are making all the necessary arrangements.
