Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has proposed setting up a statue of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in Hyderabad’s Financial District. He brought up the idea during a recent assembly session and asked the members for their approval.

Revanth Reddy highlighted the major contributions of Manmohan Singh to India’s economic development. He said that Singh played an important role in shaping the country’s economy and making India a global financial leader. According to him, honoring Singh’s legacy in a place that represents economic growth would be meaningful.

The Financial District is known as the center of Telangana’s economic activities and a key area for the state’s IT and financial sectors. Revanth Reddy believes this location is ideal for the statue. He also hopes it will serve as a tribute to Singh’s vision and motivate future generations to work toward the country’s progress.
