Chintam Shravan, a faculty member at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) in Nirmal, has earned his PhD from Osmania University. He was honored on Monday for his achievement.
Shravan completed his doctorate in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. His research focused on “Performance Optimisation of GC-eDRAM Memory Controller for Multi-Processor SoC”. This study aims to improve how memory controllers work in systems with multiple processors, which is important in developing faster and more efficient electronic devices.
The research was guided by Prof. Kalim Fathima as the main supervisor and P. Chandra Shekhar as the co-supervisor.
Prof. Goverdhan, Vice Chancellor of RGUKT, praised Shravan for his dedication and innovation. “Young researchers like Shravan are shaping the future of technology,” he said. “Their work can drive real progress in the tech industry.”
Shravan dedicated his degree to his parents, Chintam Ramesh and Hemalatha, as a mark of gratitude.
Both students and staff at RGUKT congratulated him, celebrating his success and contribution to academic excellence.
