To handle the extra rush of passengers during the festive season, South Central Railway (SCR) has decided to run special trains between Visakhapatnam and Charlapalli.
Train number 08579 will leave Visakhapatnam at 6:20 PM and reach Charlapalli at 8:00 PM on March 16. On the return journey, train number 08580 will leave Charlapalli at 10:00 AM and reach Visakhapatnam at 11:00 PM on March 17.
These special trains will stop at several stations, including Duvvada, Anakapalle, Yelamanchili, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot Junction, Rajahmundry, Nidadavolu Junction, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada Junction, Guntur, Sattenapalli, Piduguralla, Nadikudi Junction, Miryalaguda, and Nalgonda.
The trains will have different types of coaches, including AC 2-tier, AC 3-tier, sleeper class, and general second-class coaches.
