During a review meeting at the Telangana Rural Development Corporation, Seethakka discussed the preparation of a state-level action plan for Women Empowerment with district officials. The focus was on empowering women in public governance and supporting women’s associations in high-demand businesses. She highlighted the importance of tailoring business models to local needs and available resources.

Seethakka announced that women’s groups are being provided with loans to establish various businesses, including Aadhaar centers, Mee Seva centers, poultry and dairy farms, canteens, and start-up companies. She urged officials to ensure the quality and cleanliness of newly opened Mahila Shakti canteens and recommended setting up women’s canteens in tourist spots, government offices, highways, and busy areas to address concerns about food adulteration.
