THE BLACK BOX, AND WHY THIS SKIPS IT
Most safety research tries to open the box. This architecture watches its door instead.
An AI model, whatever its size, is a pattern-recognition engine — one that turns text into more text, a camera feed into a proposed steering value, market data into a proposed trade, or sensor readings into a proposed grid command. The model itself never acts. Something else — a control system, a downstream process, a human — takes that proposal and decides whether it becomes a real action. That handoff point, before the proposal becomes a consequence, is exactly where 0→1 Doctrine invention inserts itself.
THE CEILING THAT KEEPS RISING
The more capable a system becomes, the harder its reasoning is to follow.

Understanding a system and checking its actions are two different jobs.
None of this says interpretability research is unnecessary — understanding AI more deeply is genuinely valuable work. What this claims is smaller: even a system nobody fully understands yet still proposes actions, and those actions can be checked, one at a time, before they happen.
AHEAD OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE, NOT WAITING FOR IT
Filed before AGI. Operational before 6G. Ahead of quantum-scale computing before it arrives.
This architecture does not wait for the infrastructure around it to catch up. It works on what exists today and was not built to need redesigning for what comes next.
That is a narrower claim than predicting what infrastructure arrives when. It is also one that does not depend on getting that prediction right.
