Hyderabad: Somnath Bharti, the AAP South India in-charge, stated that Prime Minister Modi is scared of Arvind Kejriwal’s increasing popularity across the country. Bharti also mentioned that the BJP government is targeting AAP leaders and sending them to jail without any evidence. He further emphasized that the AAP has become a national challenge to the BJP before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Bharti highlighted that in just ten years, the AAP has grown into a national party, which the BJP finds hard to accept. The Telangana branch of the AAP organized a convention called “SamanyudiSamarabheri” in Hyderabad, where delegates from different districts of the state participated. The conference was presided over by ShobhanBhukya, a member of the AAP Telangana State Core Committee, and Vinay Reddy, the AAP spokesperson, extended the invitation.
