Sudhir Mishra from Bihar runs a ‘startup’ where he teaches unemployed young people how to break into ATMs in just 15 minutes. The UP Police found out about this after arresting four young people who had allegedly stolen Rs 39.58 lakh from an ATM in Lucknow. The police have recovered Rs 9.13 lakh from their possession, but are now focusing on arresting Mishra, who is the leader of the gang.

The police searched through 1,000 CCTV footage and mobile data, as well as checking over 20 tolls around Lucknow to trace the ATM theft accused. During their investigation, they found a CCTV grab from a house near the ATM and traced the blue car that the thieves had used to enter and flee the city. They found the owner of the car in Sitamarhi, Bihar. Another UP Police team intercepted the same car on Sultanpur road in Uttar Pradesh and arrested the four.
