State Revenue Secretary urges faster processing of Bhu Bharati applications

Wanaparthy District: Revenue Secretary Lokesh Kumar has urged Collectors to quickly address applications from the Bhu Bharati Act 2025 Revenue Conference.

On Monday, the Revenue Secretary conducted a video conference with Additional Collectors to review the progress in processing these applications across districts.

He emphasized the need to speed up the resolution process. The Chief Minister plans to distribute appointment documents to village administration officers at LB Stadium on August 15. Thus, necessary preparations, including vacancies and rosters, should be ready.

Additional Collector Revenue N. Kimya Nayak attended the video conference, reporting that 7,648 applications were submitted in Wanaparthy district, and 8,837 notices have been sent out. So far, 696 applications have been approved and updated. Nayak assured that efforts to resolve the remaining applications will be accelerated by adhering to guidelines.

RDO Subramaniam, Administrative Officer Bhanu Prakash, D. Section Superintendent Madan Mohan, and others also participated in the meeting.
