BJP national co-incharge Tamil Nadu Dr Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy recently took part in a protest organized by the Tamil Nadu BJP in Chennai. The protest was held at Valluvar Kottam and aimed to oppose the unfounded and motivated remarks made by DMK Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin and others about Sanatan Dharma.

During the protest, Ponguleti demanded that the government immediately remove Udhayanidhi Stalin from his position as Minister. He expressed his disappointment with Udhayanidhi’s comments, which compared Sanatan Dharma to diseases like dengue and Covid-19. Ponguleti emphasized that this not only insulted Sanatan Dharma but also all religions and believers. He stated that people hold their faiths dear, and Udhayanidhi’s statement had deeply hurt them.
