    A teacher in Nagarkurnool district has been suspended for sexually assaulting a young woman. The incident took place in Bijinapalli Mandal, where the government teacher, Masaiya, assaulted a 20-year-old mute girl at her home when no one else was present. The victim fell seriously ill for two days, and her parents only found out about the assault when they inquired about her well-being.

    The girl’s parents filed a complaint at the Bijinapally police station, leading to the registration of a case and an investigation by the police. Masaiya, the accused teacher, is currently on the run, with the police actively searching for him in connection to the sexual assault.

    Nagarkurnool DEO Govindarajulu confirmed the suspension of Masaiya following the incident. The Zilla Parishad High School Social Teacher’s actions have caused outrage in the community, with concerns raised about the safety of students in the school. The authorities are working to ensure justice for the victim and to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.
