A 17-year-old teenager was killed by unknown people in Laxmiguda, Mailardevpally on Sunday. The teenager, named Sunil Paswan, moved to Hyderabad from Bihar with his family three months ago and worked at a factory. He went out to collect his wages on Saturday but never came back home.
When Sunil did not return, his family members filed a complaint at Mailardevpally police station on Sunday morning. Later, residents of the Laxmiguda colony discovered Sunil’s body in a secluded area and informed the police. The police suspect that the victim was strangled to death by someone he knew. A case has been registered, and the body has been taken to the mortuary.
