The Intermediate Advanced Supplementary Exams will start this Thursday and continue until May 29. Over 4.2 lakh students are expected to appear across the state.
The Board of Intermediate Education Secretary, Krishna Aditya, confirmed that students will be allowed a five-minute grace period to enter the exam hall. This rule, already followed during the March annual exams, will now apply to the supplementary tests as well.
First-year students must reach their exam centers before 9:05 AM, as the exam begins at 9:00 AM. Second-year students must arrive before 2:35 PM, with their exam scheduled from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Anyone arriving after these grace times will not be allowed to take the test.
To manage the large number of students, the board has arranged 892 examination centers across the state. All preparations for smooth and fair conduct of the exams are already complete, according to Krishna Aditya.
Students are advised to reach their centers early, carry their hall tickets, and follow all guidelines to avoid any last-minute issues.
