    Telangana Assembly session will take place from August 3, as decided by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. The purpose of the session is to make important decisions regarding the welfare of farmers and the implementation of new schemes such as providing Rs One lakh financial assistance to Most Backward Classes and Minorities.

    During the session, the Assembly is expected to adopt a resolution against the Uniform Civil Code and other policy decisions made by the Union Government. The ruling BRS party strongly opposes the UCC and the ordinance that gives absolute powers to the center in appointing bureaucrats in the Delhi State Government.

    Chief Minister KCR also plans to address concerns raised by the opposition Congress regarding the Dharani portal and discuss the damages caused by heavy rains in the state. The session is expected to last for four to five days, during which CM KCR will present a detailed report on the state’s development.
