A well-marked low pressure area forming over the Bay of Bengal on the 25th of October is poised to escalate into a Depression or Cyclone, moving northwestwards. The cyclonic track is reportedly confirmed to be 70% and may potentially cross the coast between Ongole and Machilipatnam.

This impending weather condition has prompted a High Alert for North Tamil Nadu and the entirety of Andhra Pradesh, particularly the Central and Southern regions, between October 26th to 28th. The state of Telangana, especially the Southern and Eastern districts, is also expected to feel significant effects of the weather system, particularly between October 28th and 29th.

Hyderabad, the capital city, is predicted to witness moderate rainfall on the 28th and 29th of October. However, as it stands, no major impact is expected in this region.
