The Congress government in Hyderabad has decided to get help from film celebrities in the fight against drug abuse in the state. Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy held a meeting with officials to discuss the possibility of using film actors to raise awareness about curbing drug use among young people. The government is taking the issue of drug abuse seriously and wants to eliminate it from Telangana. They believe that involving film stars in a campaign against drugs will have a greater impact on young people.

The government also plans to address the issue of high ticket prices and expensive snacks at some multiplexes. They will make decisions to control excessive prices for online ticket purchases. Additionally, the long-awaited Nandi awards for the best films, actors, and film crew units will be presented by the Cabinet soon.
