Telangana: IMD Forecasts Rainy Conditions for the Next 5 Days

Hyderabad: On Tuesday, heavy rains hit the city, causing significant downpours.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted light to moderate rainfall for the next five days in different parts of Telangana. Some areas might experience heavier rains during this period.

The IMD has specifically mentioned that districts like Adilabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Vikarabad, Kamareddy, Sangareddy, Medak, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, and Jogulamba Gadwal are likely to receive light to moderate rain. In certain places within these districts, there could be heavy rains accompanied by lightning. Winds could also blow at speeds of 30 to 40 kmph.

Additionally, the IMD has issued a yellow alert for districts such as Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Suryapet, Nalgonda, and others. This alert warns of thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds.
