Telangana Pays Medical Bills for Workers and Retirees

The Telangana government has decided to pay off medical dues totaling Rs. 180.30 crore. This announcement was made by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Thursday in Hyderabad. The payment will help 26,519 employees and pensioners.

Despite facing financial difficulties, the state has managed to settle these old bills left by the previous administration. Vikramarka assured that the government is committed to continuing its welfare programs.

The focus of these recent payments was on medical reimbursement for government workers and retirees. Leaders from employee and pensioner groups have expressed their happiness and gratitude for solving these long-standing issues.
