    Renowned journalist, publisher, and editor of Daily Hindi Milap, Vinay Vir, passed away today at the age of 72 in Hyderabad. He was known for his contributions to promoting the Hindi language in the South and taking it to new heights. Vinay Vir was born into a family of freedom fighters, with his mother Sita Yudhvir serving as a Rajya Sabha member for two terms.

    Vinay Vir studied at Badruka College and was known for his skills as a journalist and photographer. He also served as the Secretary of the Yudhvir Foundation, which recognizes individuals who have achieved success in their respective fields. The foundation was established in memory of his father, Late Sri Yudhvir.

    The last rites of Vinay Vir will be held on Sunday, 28 April 2024 at Maha Prasthanam, Whisper Valley in Jubilee Hills at 10:00 am. He will be remembered for his dedication to promoting Hindi and his contributions to the field of journalism.
