Justices Alishetty Lakshmi Narayana, Jukanti Anil Kumar, and Kalasikam Sujana were sworn in as judges of the Telangana High Court on Friday. The oath-taking ceremony took place in the First Court Hall at 2:15 PM.
Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul administered the oath to the newly appointed judges. Before this, all three judges had been serving as Additional Judges. They were appointed as Additional Judges on July 31, 2023.
Several dignitaries attended the ceremony, including the High Court judges, Advocate-General A. Sudarshan Reddy, the Additional Solicitor-General, and the Deputy Solicitor-General. Public Prosecutor Palle Nageswar Rao, registrars, advocates, and the family members of the new judges were also present.
