Hyderabad: The Police Commissioner, Kothakota Srinivas Reddy, has suspended three constables from the Madhura Nagar Police Station. They were suspended for taking bribes and behaving improperly.
The constables were reportedly collecting monthly bribes from spa centers and brothels. They were also accused of misbehaving with young women at these places.
CCTV footage showed the three constables and a home guard entering and leaving a spa center, confirming the accusations against them.
After an investigation, it was found that the allegations were true. This led to the suspension of the constables. The police department is taking this action to ensure that officers behave properly and follow the rules. The investigation is still ongoing, and further actions may be taken.
