The All India Congress Committee (AICC) recently announced that Renuka Choudhary and Anil Kumar Yadav have been selected as the candidates from Telangana for the Rajya Sabha. Anil Kumar Yadav, who is the son of former MP Anjan Kumar Yadav, will bring youth representation to the Rajya Sabha.
It was surprising to see Anil Kumar Yadav’s name come up during the selection process, and he was given this opportunity through the Youth Congress quota.
