Traffic Diversion in Jeedimetla for Pipeline Works

The Cyberabad police have announced traffic diversions in Jeedimetla due to the replacement of a damaged pipeline. The work involves laying a new 1,200 mm pipeline from Sri Sai Weigh Bridge to Ranga Bhujanga Theatre in Shapurnagar. These diversions will be in place for 60 days, starting from Thursday.

To ensure smooth traffic flow, the police have planned several route changes. Vehicles traveling from Subash Nagar towards Bahadurpally and Gandimaisamma will be diverted at Sai Kanta Junction. They will need to take a right turn towards the Jeedimetla Industrial Area, pass through JETL Kaman, and continue via Suraram to reach Bahadurpally and Gandimaisamma. This diversion will be in effect throughout the day and night.

Similarly, vehicles coming from Gandimaisamma towards Subash Nagar will also face diversions. They will be rerouted at JETL Kaman, taking a right turn towards the Industrial Area before reaching Sai Kanta and Subash Nagar.

For motorists traveling from Subash Nagar towards Balanagar, a different route will be followed. They will be diverted at Sai Kanta Junction, take a left turn, then a right near Sai Darshini Hotel, and continue via Chinthal and IDPL before reaching Balanagar.

Traffic moving from Balanagar towards Subash Nagar will also have a revised route. These vehicles will take a U-turn at Sana Bawarchi Hotel, turn left near Adarsh Bank Lane, and proceed via Sai Kanta to reach Subash Nagar.

The police have urged the public to plan their journeys accordingly and cooperate with the traffic authorities to ensure smooth movement during this period.
