The Oberoi Group has been allocated 3.63 acres of land for establishing a five-star hotel with a proposed investment of ₹532 crores. The luxury hotel chain, known for its premium properties across India and internationally, will develop this facility in the Hardware Park-3 area near Tukkuguda. The project is expected to bring world-class hospitality services to the airport corridor.
Venkateswara Hotels has received an allotment of 1 acre of land in the same location, with a planned investment of ₹102 crores. This five-star property will complement the existing hospitality infrastructure and provide additional accommodation options for travelers using the international airport. Both developments are strategically located to serve passengers and business visitors efficiently.
The construction timeline for various phases of these projects is estimated at 10 to 15 months. The developments are part of a larger initiative to boost hospitality infrastructure near the airport, with approximately 18 acres of land identified in the area specifically for hotel development.
