    The Hyderabad City Police and The Hyderabad City Security Council (HCSC) have announced that they will be hosting the ‘Hyderabad Annual Cyber security Knowledge’ Summit – 2023 on April 12. The summit will take place at Taj Deccan, Banjara Hills, and will see industry experts and officials come together to discuss the current state of cyber security, as well as strategies for building talent and addressing skill gaps in the field to protect businesses from cyber threats. The MA&UD Minister K T Rama Rao will be the chief guest of the summit.

    C V Anand, Chairman of HCSC and Hyderabad Commissioner of Police, has highlighted the importance of the event, stating that “cybercrime, the new endemic, has infiltrated every aspect of our society now more than ever.” He added that it is essential to unite and commit to being vigilant and informing citizens and businesses. Chaitanya Gorrepati, secretary-General, HCSC, also expressed his excitement about the summit, stating that it serves as an excellent opportunity for professionals and experts from various fields to come together and address the pressing challenges in cyber security.

    The event will feature different sessions on various themes, including improving community awareness, making every citizen a cyber warrior, grooming cyber talent for the future, business cyber security, protecting the digital landscape, and more. There will also be panel discussions and fireside chats with sports personalities and Tollywood movie personalities on trolling and cyber bullying.
