Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami criticized the opposition INDIA bloc for their remarks on Sanatan Dharma, causing controversy. He stated that Sanatan Dharma has been around for centuries and is the center of their faith. Dhami questioned how those who oppose Sanatan can understand its power and potential, especially when they question the presence of Ram.
Dhami made these comments during a press conference in Kota while addressing BJP’s second Parivartan Sankalp Yatra. He expressed confidence that the BJP government will be formed in Rajasthan in 2023. Dhami accused the current Congress government of preventing the beneficial schemes of the Central government from reaching the public.
Dhami criticized the Ashok Gehlot-led Rajasthan government, stating that they prioritize their poster game and publicity over the welfare of the people. He highlighted the increase in crimes against women and Dalits in the state and accused the Congress government of tarnishing the history of brave women and heroes.
Dhami praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for bringing back India’s cultural glory. He mentioned significant decisions made under PM Modi’s leadership, such as the removal of Article 370 from Kashmir and the construction of the Ram temple. Dhami also commended India’s achievements in space exploration and the successful vaccination efforts during the Covid pandemic under PM Modi’s guidance.
