Former Joint Director of the CBI and NITW alumnus, V V Lakshminarayana, stressed the significance of youth involvement in politics to safeguard democracy. During his speech at the Springspree-23 cultural fest held at the National Institute of Technology in Warangal, he highlighted the impact of individuals in resolving societal issues through the electoral process. Lakshminarayana also discussed the functionality of Electronic Voting Machines and the importance of the Right to Vote. He emphasized that only individuals with the right mindset can bring about positive change in the country. The BSNL Sub Divisional Officer, Madhava Reddy, another NITW alumnus, spoke about cyber security during the event. The event coordinators also organized various programs such as Sand Art by Sudhakant and Tholu Bommalu art by Jitu jaga from Rajasthan, which were highly entertaining and well-received by participants.
