In Wanaparthy District, an exam took place on Sunday at the Government Boys’ High School. The District Collector, with Additional Collector Revenue G Venkateswarlu, visited the exam center to oversee the process and check attendance.
The exam started at 10:00 am and ended at 1:00 pm. Candidates entered the venue an hour early and underwent strict checks to ensure no electronic devices were brought inside.
The Collector stated that exams for village administrators and licensed surveyors were held in a calm environment. He advised officials to prevent any disturbances.
Out of 62 candidates for the GPO examination, 55 attended while seven were absent. For the licensed surveyor exam, 100 out of 112 candidates appeared, with 12 missing. Another session for the licensed surveyors is scheduled from 2 pm to 5 pm.
RDO Subrahmanyam, AD Sarve Balakrishna, Tehsildar Ramesh Reddy, and other revenue officials accompanied the Collector.
