    The town planning office of the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) has issued a notice to the YSRCP office for constructing a building without permission on two acres of land in survey number 175/4 in Endada. The office was asked to explain why they applied for permissions from VMRDA instead of GVMC and why they proceeded with construction without proper approvals.

    The Zone-2 town planning officer posted the notice on the YSRCP office, warning that further action will be taken if a satisfactory explanation is not provided within a week. The notice pointed out that the construction was carried out without authorization on the BCC building ground and first floor near Law College road in Endada Village.

    The notice instructed the office to stop work immediately and submit a written reply within seven days. Failure to comply would result in further action being taken as per the appropriate procedures.
