In Hyderabad, 100 candidates withdrew from the Lok Sabha election out of 625 with valid nominations. The Election Commission reported the highest number of withdrawals from Malkajgiri by 3 pm.
In Malkajgiri, out of 37 valid nominations, 15 candidates withdrew. In contrast, the neighboring constituency of Secunderabad had only one withdrawal out of 46 valid nominations.
Medak had the most nominations with 53 in total, but only 9 withdrawals. Adilabad (ST) had the fewest valid nominations with 13 and only one withdrawal.
