Karimnagar: Students can now sign up online for the Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan entrance exams. DEO Chaitanya Jaini announced that registration has begun and will close on September 30.
The VVM brochure was unveiled on Friday. The exams will take place online at schools, requiring a fee of Rs. 200. Interested students should register their details at the VVM website (www.vvm.org.in). They can choose to take the exam online from home or school.
Separate exams are set for students from classes 6 to 11, available in Telugu, Hindi, English, and other languages. Students can select their preferred language. Mock exams start on September 1.
For the 2025-26 session, top-performing students nationally will receive special training and internships lasting one to three weeks at prestigious labs like DRDO, ISRO, CSIR, and BARC.
VVM District Coordinator B. Odelu Kumar highlighted VVM as a platform to inspire creativity and foster scientific interest among students, aligning with the central government’s goal of cultivating future scientists.
Participants in the program included Academic Officer Ashok Reddy, District Science Officer Jaipal Reddy, Planning Officer Srinivas, DCB Secretary Swadesh Kumar, principals Bhagavanthaiah, Anjaneyulu, and various science teachers.
