    The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TS BIE) has announced the schedule for the academic year 2024-25. Classes for first and second-year intermediate students will begin on June 1 and will last for 227 working days with 75 holidays.

    Junior colleges will close for summer vacation from March 31 to May 31 for the academic session 2023-24. During the upcoming academic year, students will have Dasara holidays from October 6 to 13 and will return to college on October 14. Half-yearly examinations are set for November 18 to 23, with Sankranthi holidays from January 11 to 16, 2025, and reopening on January 17. Pre-final exams will take place from January 20 to 25, 2025, followed by practical exams in February and theory exams in March.

    Intermediate advanced supplementary exams will be held in the last week of May 2025. The academic year will end on March 29, with summer vacation from March 30 to June 1. Colleges will reopen for the academic year 2025-26 on June 2.
