Siddipet: Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, responsible for Transport and BC Welfare, wished everyone a happy 79th Independence Day. He promised that all eligible residents would receive ration cards. He also highlighted that 200 crore women have benefited from the free bus travel scheme in RTC.
During the Independence Day event at the Siddipet Police Commissionerate, Ponnam raised the national flag and was honored by the police. He revealed plans to approve 3,500 Indiramma houses for the area, offering financial support of Rs 5 lakh. Additionally, he mentioned that Rs 9,000 crore in crop investment support was distributed to farmers within nine days through the Rythu Bharosa scheme.
Ponnam announced the upcoming establishment of a Kabaddi Academy in Husnabad. He urged everyone to support the government for a prosperous future for the state.
