Dr Dasoju Sravan, a leader of the BRS, criticized Union Home Minister Amit Shah for attempting to revive the false slogan of a BC Chief Minister in Telangana. Sravan stated that despite the BJP’s decline in the state, Shah’s efforts would only be a daydream. He also emphasized that the people of Telangana are aware of Shah’s hypocrisy and his attempts to manipulate voters.

Sravan then posed several questions to Shah regarding his party’s treatment of BCs. He questioned why the BJP removed their own BC leader from the position of State president and appointed a forward class leader. He also asked why the BC caste census was not being conducted and why OBCs were being denied their constitutional rights. Additionally, Sravan inquired about the absence of an OBC ministry in the Union government and the lack of a bill for OBC reservations in the legislature. He further questioned why the national OBC commission was weakened and why the national OBC Corporation was neglected without proper funding and authority. Sravan also raised concerns about the discrimination against OBCs in budget allocation, the failure to fill vacant backlog posts in public sector companies and government departments, and the non-implementation of OBC reservations in various recruitments across India.

In conclusion, Sravan asserted that Shah’s attempts to manipulate voters with false slogans would not succeed, as the people of Telangana are wise enough to see through this deception.
